  • Lee Jacobs

    Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Lee is an entrepreneur turned investor, dedicated to inspiring magic in the world by helping others build what they’re uniquely meant to create. At his core, Lee is a second believer—the kind of early supporter who sees potential before it’s obvious. He’s been proud to stand behind companies like Crusoe, Together AI, and Loom in their earliest chapters.

Before launching Long Journey, Lee was one of the first outside investors to complete a syndicate on AngelList, where he later became a Partner. His early conviction in the platform—and in the founders behind it—reflected a broader pattern in his career: deep belief in people and ideas that challenge the status quo.

Lee lives in San Francisco with his wife and two daughters. When he’s not investing, he’s likely building spaces—literal and figurative—where creativity, connection, and possibility can flourish.

Prior to joining Long Journey, Cyan was a Partner at Founders Fund. Her investment portfolio spans everything from rocket ships to sandwich delivery, with a particular knack for identifying companies that create jobs, empower individuals, and offer new forms of flexibility in how we live and work.

Cyan was one of the first checks into iconic companies like Uber, Postmates, SpaceX, and Flock Security. Her investments are often united by a deeper theme: enabling people to shape their own futures, whether through technology, creativity, or courage.

  • Arielle Zuckerberg

    General Partner

Arielle brings a product-first mindset and a deeply human approach to early-stage investing. With a background in product management, Arielle loves jamming with founders, stress-testing ideas, and brainstorming pathways to scale. She believes in building authentic relationships anchored on empathy and trust; to last beyond any single milestone.

Before joining Long Journey, Arielle was at Coatue, where she helped design and launch the firm’s first early-stage fund. Her experience there shaped her belief that the best venture partners don’t just write checks—they remove barriers, open doors, and walk alongside founders through the messy, magical process of creation.

In her free time, she is the a part-time DJ and she hopes to able to ski 100 days when she is 100 years old.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has focused on helping entrepreneurs and teams uncover the products truly worth building—not just what’s technically possible, but what creates real traction and momentum from day one. His superpower lies in shaping early-stage processes that unlock clarity, energy, and velocity.

Jonathan is a seasoned founder with multiple successful exits, including Pocket (acquired by Mozilla), IndexTank (acquired by LinkedIn), and Xoopit (acquired by Yahoo!).

Prior to TrueMed, he founded Kettle & Fire, one of the first shelf-stable bone broth brands to scale nationally, along with several other companies in the health and wellness space.

A serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and community builder, Justin’s work lives at the intersection of personal well-being, systemic change, and entrepreneurial action.

  • Pascal Levy-Garboua

Pascal loves exploring innovative ideas and connecting with others who are passionate about them. For him, investing is a way of scheming for an idea’s blossoming potential, held in contrast to today’s perceived reality.

Prior to launching Noosa Labs and joining Long Journey Ventures, Pascal was VP of Business Development and Marketing at Checkr. He joined as the 8th employee and first executive, helping scale the company to over 12,000 customers, 500 employees, and a multi-billion-dollar valuation.

He first fell in love with technology while working on the initial Starlink launches in 2021, where he built SpaceX’s internal launch simulation tool—an experience that shaped both his technical chops and his fascination with ambitious engineering.

At Long Journey, Dani leads finance, legal, investor relations, compliance, and operations. She thrives behind the scenes, making sure the machine runs smoothly so the rest of the team can focus on finding and backing magical founders. To her, great systems are like great adventures: structured just enough to leave space for surprise, serendipity, and a little magic.
